💌 What are your delivery times?
US residents should expect to receive items within 3-5 days.
UK and Canadian residents should receive items within 7–12 days, if not sooner.
EU residents, 2–3 weeks, if not sooner.
Where possible, we aim to prioritize faster shipping options; however, expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed. If expedited or express delivery is required, please contact info@takemonday.com prior to ordering to request expedited shipping.
Further worldwide residents should expect a minimum of 14 days.

We ship to most countries, with a few exceptions. Once you proceed with checkout, the system will let you know.
Only part of my order arrived, where’s the rest?
Your order may arrive in separate shipments from seperate warehouses. Don't worry, everything is on its way to you!

🔄 How do I clean my Take Mondays?
For the toughest stains on your transparent pouches, we recommend using a small mixture of 1-part vinegar and 1-part water. Use a soft microfibre cloth to avoid scratches and begin spot treating on a small area before moving onto the rest.
Non-US residents: Customs and duties may incur depending on your country. Please check with your local post office for any applicable fees, as these are the responsibility of the recipient.
The item I want is sold out, what can I do?
We will restock! Just leave your email address and we will drop you a note as soon as we have more. You can also email us at info@takemonday.com with your request. (We love that you love our products and work hard to complete inventory requests based on customer feedback - just let us know!)
What is your return policy?
US residents: We offer returns up to 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Just email us for instructions at info@takemonday.com. A flat fee of $7 will be deducted for return shipping. Any initial shipping fees are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, make sure your item(s) is unused and in its original condition. Returned items that show signs of use or wear will disqualify a return, subject to inspection.
