Sustainability & Responsbility

At Take Monday, we believe in making sustainably and making responsibly. We design, make, and produce with the planet, people, and animals in mind.
Designed With Intention
Every Take Monday piece starts with a question: does the world need one more of these? For us, the answer only becomes yes if we can make it better.
That's why we don't chase trends or churn out disposable pieces. We build cases and pouches meant to travel with you again and again, so fewer things end up thrown away in the first place.
The Materials We Choose
Our cases are made from biodegradable TPU, an alternative to conventional PVC plastic. TPU, short for thermoplastic polyurethane, is a cleaner alternative to conventional PVC, a common plastic found in everyday products. TPU offers the same see-through practicality without the nasty chemical additives and difficult end-of-life impact of PVC.
Our bags are also vegan, watertight, and durable enough to hold up to daily use, not just a single trip. We steer away from leather, and lean on recycled materials wherever we can, right down to the packaging your order arrives in.
We also work with a factory that sources its fabrics locally. A shorter supply chain means less unnecessary transport, and less transport means a lighter footprint on the way to your door.
The People Behind Every Piece
Sustainability isn't only about what a product is made of, it's also about who made it. We partner with a small factory of 49 workers that holds both BSCI and Sedex audit certifications which verifies fair wages, safe working conditions, and strict standards against child labor and human trafficking.
